Jack and I ventured out to one of the parks in town. I was glad to see they actually had little kid swings. Effingham has 2-3 nice parks with fun jungle gyms. When Jack is a bit older he's sure to have a lot of fun playing on them. But for now, he's sticking with the swings. He didn't stay upright for too long on the horses.
