Snow!

We got our first big snow today! Big, fluffy white flakes. After Tim shoveled the drive, we bundled Jack up in his coat, hat, mittens and new boots and headed outside to sled for a little while.

That afternoon we drove to Mattoon to pick up a Papa Murphy's pizza and make a Walmart run. On the way back we got stuck in stopped traffic on 57. Thankfully, I went to the bathroom at Walmart and we had plenty of toys to keep Jack occupied. We were stuck for a good 45 minutes. An accident involving a semi and several cars had the southbound lane stopped and a little further south, the northbound lanes were slow moving due to a semi halfway off the road. Crazy, but the pizza was totally worth it :-)!
