Yes, he has all his clothes on and what would quickly become a diaper filled with water almost to the point of exploding.
When Tim got home from Shelbyville, he asked Jack if he wanted to go outside and play for a little while before bed. Tim opened the door to the deck and in a nano-second Jack was out the door and in the pool. Tim took his diaper off before it tore and spilled all the gel crap into the pool. For the rest of the evening Jack ran around in just his shorts, not diaper. I'm not sure he liked the feeling of going commando.
