Apparently Jack is a little vampire, sucking all of his momma's blood and iron out of her system. I got a card in the mail from my doctor saying that my hemoglobin levels are lower than they like to see. I need to take a SlowFe iron supplement everyday with my prenatal vitamin. Maybe that's why I slept for so long last Saturday. Unfortunately the supplement can cause constipation. Don't really need any help in the area. I am more than happy to get a big energy surge out of the deal though.
